Sometimes, you have done everything right, and the error persists. In those cases, the problem may be on TecDOC’s end.
journalctl -u your-service -f
: The configfile.xml is typically found within the Program subfolder of your main TecDoc installation directory. For example, if you installed TecDoc 2020 Q1 directly on your C: drive, the full path might look like C:\tecdoc2020q1\Program\configfile.xml .
