Visual Micro License Key -

Navigate to Visual Micro > Try/Buy/Activate . Enter Key: Paste your key into the designated field.

Once you have purchased a license , follow these steps to activate it: Open Visual Studio. Navigate to the menu. Select "Try, Buy or Activate a Visual Micro License" . Enter your unique license key in the text box provided. Click [Activate Purchased Key] .

: For educational or enterprise environments, keys can be automatically deployed by adding the LicenseKey_10002 (for VS 2022) property to a settings.xml file located in C:\ProgramData\VMicro Deactivation/Transfer Visual Micro License Key

In the Visual Micro menu, select "Deactivate License". This requires an internet connection and will output your license key.

Use the same key to activate the plugin on the new machine. Navigate to Visual Micro > Try/Buy/Activate

Click on "License Manager" or "Enter License Key" (the exact label may vary slightly by version).

A fresh installation of Windows will remove the necessary registry entries for Visual Micro. You will need to re-enter your license key to reactivate the software.
