Copy the extracted folder (which usually looks like BLUS30410-GAME-01 or BCES00510-GAME-01 ) into your USB's folder. Step 3: Transfer to the PS3 Plug the USB drive into your PS3 console. Navigate to the Game column on the XMB menu. Scroll up to Saved Data Utility (PS3™) and select it. Select your USB Device from the list.

Ensure the drive is formatted to (NTFS will not work on PS3).
PlayStation 3 save games are strictly region-locked. A save file generated from a European disc ( BLES ) will not work if you are playing a North American disc ( BCUS ).
